Arrevanthas's Journal, 02 June 2015

I was so wiped out yesterday after cleaning that I couldn't get up and do anything else. My whole body hurt. I am still rather sore today, especially in the shoulder blade area but I cannot let that give me an excuse to not workout. I have not only my groups/challenges here but I also have my FB group as well that is holding me accountable for achieving my goals. I cannot just give up.

As I was filling out my food diary that I am going to be giving to my doctor, I realized...I really don't eat a lot of vegetables like I should. I need to correct this. I am thinking of looking into making like a veggie smoothie type thing to get in a more variety of veggies, maybe even some fruit. We shall see though. I do have some chia seed that I can add as well. :)

Daily Summary
*Focus T25: Speed 1.0 is still one of my favorite workouts. I actually did really well this time around with minimal breaks. Pretty proud of this actually. I also made sure to really work my core as well.

Plank: 20 second plank was hard because I was sweaty from the Speed 1.0 and was on my yoga mat. Basically...sweat + yoga mat = slowly slipping. It was hard but I managed.

Kettlebell: TBA

*Steps Taken (Goal-5000): TBA

*# Cups of Water (Goal-14 cups): TBA

*Record Everything you Eat: TBA

*Stay in Calorie range: TBA

You had a workout cleaning! Give your body a day to rest those muscles that weren't used to that much working. Just like you would with a workout.
