My weigh-in was better than I expected, especially after yesterday when I went over my RDI for the first time since I've been doing this. I had about a half cup of roasted almonds yesterday because the doctor said I needed to boost my good cholesterol by eating more nuts - those things have LOTS of fat grams, even if it is "good" fat.
And I had a carrot raisin muffin someone had put out in the upstairs kitchen at work. Shouldn't have even been in there, but I needed ice. At any rate apparently I followed the plan well enough to make the digital number on the scales drop. Yeah!
Hopefully new microwave arrives tonight and I can get out the low-fat microwave cookbooks. I just love new gadgets.

Good for you - sometimes after a higher calorie day, I see a drop, too. Weird isn't it?

I think the body is just so relieved you're not really trying to starve it that it gives up some of that stored fat.

Nice drop!! Sometimes that happens that suddenly your weight just drops. Mine did that numerous times, just steady for a while then down. No clue why, someone on here has probably done the research
