Instead of working on a project which must be delivered by Tuesday, I find myself whining on Fatsecret about how bad I messed up my diet yesterday :P
Why? First, I went to the cinema, bought popcorn which tasted way more salted than usual.
I immediately felt thirsty and guilty for making a poor and unhealthy choice.

But the real guilts came when at the same night later, I joined a surprise birthday party for a mutual friend - which was not in my [diet] plans at all. There was a DE-LICIOUS Oreo Cookie Cheesecake, calling my name. I couldn't hold myself aaaand there you go, I ate a nice piece of it.

My planned DINNER: 1 Banana + low fat yoghurt with raisins.
My actual DINNER: 1 Banana, 1 bag of extra salted popcorn and a piece of Oreo Cheesecake.

F*CK YEAH -_-

P.S. Later, I even had a mild stomach ache and bloating.
P.S. My body still hurts a bit from exercising :P #What_a_loser

Pick up and start over - banana and yogurt is great but not enough nutrition for you - which may be why you crave and then cave in to the need to eat carbs and sugar. Good luck with a plan that is nutrition based with good protein , and some healthy fats.

Don't hang on to yesterday, it's done and over with. And one day of not the best choices wont' de-rail you if you let it go and move forward. You have a nice downward trend going with your weight, just make today a good one, drink plenty of water and yesterday will be nothing more than a bilp that didn't amount to anything. Have a great day. ;)
