Ohmmmmmm the Shakra crap is on point better than snacking and seeing crumbs on your belly. It is more enjoyable to look down and see a disappearing belly :)

Whatever works! I've been doing my diet this week and yesterday I ate dinner and remembered that I never ate the snack that I packed for work either. Usually it hits 3 p.m. and I'm wanting food, but yesterday I didn't think about it. It could also be that I know I can't have chocolate and those almonds didn't sound as good as a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup. You're doing great! If the book is working, keep going with it until you have to take it back. Maybe there is another one like this that you can check out next.
