Do. You have a heating pad ? Maybe. a soak in some edsom salts. Heat will help relax the muscles... get some rest. Hope you feel better soon

Our chiropractor suggests cold instead of heat for back pain says it reduces the inflammation. Some sport trainers say alternate hot and cold. And of course, there are those who swear by heat....who knows??? I am not a doctor so I would have to agree that if it isn't better in a couple of days, you may want to seek professional help. Watching your calories is definitely a must when you are incapacitated. You have had such a good start; so hopefully, you will be able to keep the scales moving in the right direction. And yes, I will also pray that you have relief soon....

Oh Vickie, do the ICE and then HEAT to keep the inflammation down.. try some Aleve. But, let the body rest... YOU will be back up on your feet soon.. you can pull muscles just by sneezeing.. :) keep us posted...

owww, I know all about back pain!! Relax, rest and get your back feeling better. If it doesn't feel better in a few days, go see a DR. You can always start exercising and walking when you feel better.
