Went back to strict low carb... Averaging 25 net carbs per day, which includes berries and non-statchy veggies. :)
193.9 lb Lost so far: 2.1 lb.    Still to go: 18.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.0 lb a week

Great loss! I am also doing strict low carb again and loving it. I feel so much better physically with this way of eating. I just have to remember that when temptation starts calling!
