So I screwed up yesterday night. I had strawberry cheesecake. I was SO guilty about it. I have been having super stressful days and I know that's not an excuse... I thought the scale would jump up but it went down which is really weird. I dont get it but I guess I shouldn't complain? Anyways we are all human right I guess we all slip once in a while

Back on track today
161.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 16 April 2015:
1271 kcal Fat: 45.59g | Prot: 129.61g | Carb: 100.17g.   Breakfast: Bananas, Egg White, Egg, Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise, P28 High Protein Bread. Lunch: Clover Leaf Seafood Chunk Light Tuna in Water, Coffee, Black Diamond Cheddar Style Slices, P28 High Protein Bread. Dinner: Asparagus, Carrots, Green Peppers, Great Value Sliced Almonds. Snacks/Other: Egg White, Egg. more...

One piece of cheesecake doesn't make us fat. It's the constant over eating. Naturally thin people tend to eat what they want, but in moderation. You gotta live while you lose. Don't feel so guilty and keep going.

I like Suzi161 wrote about moderation. As long as you jumped back to your program be happy. Guilt is what you do not deserve. We all just do our best!
