Personal Training session today for 1 hour - weight lifting and cardio circuit
Diet on point once again
Weight not budging. Fat % dropping. Wanna get a high-tech scale to see for sure if its an increase in muscle mass. Hope so.

It says I haven't weighed myself for 72 days now
Reason for that is I struggle as it is in the winter to not gain weight, let alone lose it. So I've stayed in the 155 - 158 range for a few months now. Hey, I'm happy with that. I've never been below the 160's on ANY winter period for as long as I can remember LOL

I have stayed the same weight since August 12. Trying to get the last 5 pounds to budge. I've started up my full time tutoring business again, and with a wedding to plan alongside that, things have been INSANE. I literally do not have time to breathe sometimes! Keeping my head up and fighting through these last 5 pounds. Wish me luck!
