Up a pound. Sodium is not my friend. I haven't been drinking nearly enough either. At least I know where that pound is lurking.

I hear you....we have got to drink lots and lots of water....that pound will come crashing down as the salt leaves your body and who knows, maybe that pound will take a buddy with him.
