yum, i love pork skins...crunchy, salty...what's not to love! have never tried them with nacho cheese, tho. i eat them either by themselves or with sour cream. will have to try the cheese. do you make the nacho cheese yourself and if so, how do you make it?

I like them plain but also have found that they are good with a little cream cheese spread on them---especially when I need to up my fat count.

My issue is that when I have them I can't stop. I eat. them. all. So I only buy a small bag and when it's gone it's gone :) At least I recognize I don't have the moderation gene now lol
