Young Living 5 day cleanse completed yesterday and while I didn't experience any uptake in energy (I'm already high energy) I lost five pounds. I lost a pound a day so those of you who are struggling to loose, try it. I ate all the fruit, veggies, nuts and seeds I wanted. I don't have any problems "going" but this diet made it even easier. I felt good and with a short break in my normal eating habits this diet rekindled a fondness of fruits and veggies. I will add some sort of cleanse to my diet quarterly.
