I am surprised at the weight gain as I am not trying to gain weight. I am not however disappointed either. I am more interested in body fat percentage and will start measuring that tonight.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
