Back to logging food yesterday. Also went to the community center and walked 30 minutes ont he tradmill, 20+ min 120-135 heart rate. my max is 145 per my doc. Felt good. 8,000+ steps. Back to strength training after work today.

Thankfully, no raccoons, it's nice not to hear critters in my attic. Super that everyone is doing some exercise. It's good for us!!! I keep letting everything else get in the way of workouts. Really dumb because they make me feel so good. 1/2 hour working hard on the resistance weights, only about half my previous workout, 1/2 hr interval walking on the treadmill, pushed it up for a few minutes several times to my maximum heart rate my doc has given me for now, it felt good. Came home made dinner, veggies and whole wheat pasta. logged my food. will have about 9,500 steps today. Tired. being bad leaving the dishes. Will catch up tomorrow. Will head for the community center tomorrow, close to home, calling for snow, mix or something in the afternoon.
