Hello buddies. I've been on the road today after receiving word last night of my uncle that passed away. Even though I've been trying to make good food choices, I just haven't had good choices like when I'm home. I'm taking care of elderly parents on the road, so my main concerns is to take care of them. I should be back home late Friday night so I should be back on the straight and narrow soon. Have a great week buddies.
