Irony: eating whatever you want all weekend and NOT exercising and NOT gaining any weight vs. watching what you eat AND exercising AT LEAST once a day ALL week and NOT gaining any weight. Looks like I'm gonna need to shake this baby up a bit :)

Yup - sometimes our bodies need to adjust to their new set point. I used to change up my exercise - just do something different. Or change up what I eat or time of day I eat. Good Luck!

Thanks guys, I was surprised cause my salt intake was ridiculous....figured I'd be holding onto a bunch of water....nope...weird.
