Need HELP with ratio of carbs, fats, protein
Percentages are all b.s. Everyone's body is different. Everyone's metabolism is different. If your a male I would not go under 60 g fat and if you do only do it for a couple weeks max as it will mess with your test levels. Aim for .75-1.5 grams protein for your body weight. And adjust carbs as needed.

You can on steroids and newbie lifters can as well. Other than that you cannot.
