I lost 15 pounds in 2 1/2 months and have now maintained it for 4 1/2 months. I still want to lose another 20 lbs. But I'm pleased at being able to maintain. I am ready to begin taking it to a new level.

I hear you, I know I would have maintenance down pat- with 1400-1500 calories a day- but my challenge is to keep 1300- 1100 calories net consistent to lose
