Still steady. Not much to say at the moment. Just glad to be hanging in there.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 87.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I think winter (do you get that there?) is tougher to lose weight over.

Great job on maintaining. Your exercise seems to be right on track! I know the less a person weighs it gets tighter on the numbers to lose. From being on the fat secret program, I have discovered that 1400-1500 calories will maintain me, 1600 with a good calorie burn. I have figure for MYSELF that I have to be 1300-1100 without a ton of exercise to lose.
