Started the Atkins diet on Friday, Jan 2, with a weigh in of 261. Started using fatsecret.com today, Jan 4, with a weigh in of 257.7. My goal is to lose 100 pounds by Jan 1, 2016, then continue using a low carb lifestyle to maintain that weight. I get a lot of exercise at work, as a pizza delivery driver, getting in and out of car on a continuous basis, and climbing apartment stairs, many of the apartments here having 3 floors, but going to add additional exercises at home, and spend even more time playing with my American Bulldog, who loves to wear me out.
