I'm only weighing in once a week, on Tuesdays. It's been 4 days since I purchased my Ninja fruit and veggie extractor, and using it to make fruit smoothies for breakfast, and healthy whole veggie soups using unsweetened almond milk, for supper. Breakfast today will be a smoothie using Almond milk,1/2 banana, blueberries, mangos, sunflower seeds, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and honey. Supper will be a cream of pumpkin, avocado, and tomato soup. Lunch is a salad from our salad bar at work. Though I haven't weighed in yet since I started using the Ninja, my energy level has soared by simply changing my diet to high whole fruits and veggies, with my fat content coming mostly from avocados. For once in my life, I'm looking forward to weigh in day.
