VERY slow weight loss!
Count the carbs after you subtract the fiber. Net carbs is what you want to track.Example..I cup of broccoli cuts is 4. carbs minus the 2. fiber. So 4.-2.= 2 net carbs. Good luck =)Also try using heavy cream instead of coffee mate. Coffee mate has corn syrup solids, vegetable oil (partially hydrogenated coconut or palm kernel, hydrogenated soybean)..

mayo has carbs or doesnt have carbs???
Consumers don't have to list carb count, if it is lower then one gram. So if mayo has anything less then one carbs, they will list it as zero.

Eating 30 carbs a day. New food is edamame. I see no change in weight gain. I have lost since i went down to 30 crabs. It has ranged from 151-154.
