Metamucil has capsules with no carbs. I take magnesium tablets and I don't get that effect. I know when, I don't eat the 12-15 carbs in veggies, I tend to not go as often. Good luck!

New to Atkins...
You can find so many great low carb ideas on Pinterest,Ken Altena(youtube bowulf),Linda's low carb,Peace Love & low carb. These are one of the many place I go, when I need a low carb recipe.It helped me lose 50 lbs. You can do it too!Good Luck! As long as you are eating 15-20 carb in veggies,drinking half your weight in water 65-70% fat and 25-30% protein you will be in Ketosis.Best foods to have in my kitchen are lots of veggies,protein,Dairy(cheese,half&half,Heavy whip)Good Fats(olive oil, butter,coconut oil.I read Dr Atkins book many times to refresh my memory on his way of eating.

Are you doing induction? Induction means 20 carbs 12-15 of it should be veggies. I don't know what you are eating, because you don't record ur foods.
If weighing yourself makes you feel bad,try taking body measurements. Sometime what you don't see on the scale, you might be losing inches.

What's great is you know how Atkins works, and it is doable.First, refresh your memory on how Atkins works and read his book or go to Atkins.com web site,there you can build a new 20 or 40 meal plan. Seems simple! Good Luck!!

It does work, I lost 50 lbs and have kept it off.Go to Atkins web site or Read his book Atkins A New You! It's so Important to understand his way of eating. Atkins is not a diet.You are taking out all the bad stuff that got us overweight and unhealthy.Easy to do!! Just a matter of finding good and tasty recipes.So many out there.No sugar or man made foods. Eat fresh fruit,veggies,nuts,protein,desserts(yes desserts)and good fats.I've been on Atkins since 2012. I found it very easy to stick to this way of eating.
