Forgive me FS Buddies... for I have FALLEN off the wagon... DUOH... VERY poor eating over the weekend... with uncontrollable food grazing at a Christmas party Saturday night with long time friends... I KNOW better, but I did it anyway.

Well, I know WHY I gained the weight... and I SURELY know HOW to get rid of it... so, back on the wagon today!

I wouldn't sweat it if I were you, we all know two days isn't long enough to put on four pounds :) You'll be back down in no time!

It will be OK. I imagin there will be very few of us who do not do the same thing over the next few weeks. The key for us all is to get back on the wagon ASAP and not let a bad night turn into a bad week and then a bad month.... That is the really big thing to remember. 2 days of unhealthy eating will not ruin a week of healthy eating.... Even if you know you have another party to go to next weekend - you don't have to eat bad all week. I am very bad at thinking that way and it gets me in big trouble!

Forgiveness granted bt more importantly, forgive yourself. Deep Breath & reboot. It is so easy to get caught up in the eating at a festive event. Hang in there and just get back to it. Have a GREAT day & week!

This time of year is very tough and it doesn't take a lot of eating to put on 3 or 4 pounds, very easy to do. Just go right back to what works, drink lots of water and you'll probably see that gain drop very quickly.

Thanks EVERYONE... Off to the gym soon! I will get back to at least my goal weight by weeks end... Although I feel "FAT" today, I will feel better by Friday!
