221 lbs this morning so I got 3 lbs of Thanksgiving bloat off yesterday. Fasting until this afternoon. Kept calories under 1200 yesterday, will shoot for that again today. Wasn't able to get in any exercise yesterday evening due to obligations that kept me busy until late. Tonight is busy also but will make exercising the priority when I get home before I get tied up with other stuff.
