Back from Buffalo and officially DONE with all the holiday foods and goodies. Weight this morning of 224 lbs so I've got some work to do. At least it'll come back off quickly. I'd like to be 210 by Christmas, I don't know if that's possible but let's see if I can get it done.

Yup Kathy, it's good to be back home where I have control over things and get back to business. I'm tired of teetering around this weight range...I've already drank 80+ ounces of water this morning, the dam should be breaking soon. Looking forward to some cardio this evening.
