Ate 850 calories at work and did six miles of walking but got a 205.6 weigh in. Up .2 pounds from this morning. Ended the day with 1341 calories. Maybe we'll see something in the morning, but if not, 205.2 will be our low for a while as we enter the Thanksgiving week. Eclipsed 10K steps, so probably won't get on the treadmill tonight but could have hit 203 or 204 had I jumped on as soon as I got home. Damned radio show!

Update: I ended up jumping on the treadmill for 10 minutes at 11pm to ensure I hit my daily 2700 minimum calorie burn target. Obsessive!

I think you need a 26 hour day to get everything done. Good job having the perseverance to get on the treadmill that late, and in getting your weight down as best you could before Thanksgiving.
