Back in action after a 4 day weekend in the woods.
Sunday marked the end of a successful hunt, I harvested a 133 lb (dressed) 6-point NH buck at 11:13 AM. Meat will be in the freezer by Wednesday!

My uncle and father were also successful on the hunt, 2 Does 117 lbs and 120 lbs dressed. My younger brother is the only one left with a tag so we will be looking to fill that this weekend.

Nice Chad! We are about to purchase a 10 acre lot, most of which is forest. I hope to get a buck from there next year. In the mean time, going after all the wild hogs out there should keep me occupied. :)

Thanks all, Brent; hopefully I'll be purchasing a lot to hunt on some day, but the land I hunt on now is a 100 acre lot owned by a family friend. They clear cut a big portion of it but left all of the hardwoods behind so there's so much food for the deer its ridiculous! Saw 10 does and my buck over a 4 day period.
