Almost to my goal weight. :) All my stress seems to be from other people. They are not doing what I want them to do. lol So it is their problem, not mine, so I should not worry about it. Whenever I am stressed, I have a word that I remember. I'm not going to tell you the word that I chose. You need your own word. Anyway, when I am stressed, I just think of that word and try to relax. It is working for me.
136.2 lb Lost so far: 65.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Selfish not sharing your word.. that just stresses me out! LOL - just kidding. Yep - whenever I feel myself tensing I just breathe and say my word. Not sharing it with you though.

Awesome Journey Deb, congratulations on that... NO PERSON AND NO THING HAS ANY POWER OVER YOU, UNLESS YOU GIVE THEM THAT POWER.....I learned that a long time ago..at times it is frustrating but you have to sometimes let go and be strong...
