Happy Thursday to everyone! I did TurboFire Firestarter (30 min) + Stretch. Hubby opted to hold down his dreams alittle longer. Which translates into us doing Chest and Back tonight before his surgery tomorrow. So, just for the record, working out last night and then this morning and to have another intense workout tonight. Sigh. Might have to have some spark (Advocare) to get through it. Since hubby dislikes TF, have recommended other aspects of P90x like cardio X and Kenpo X or yoga X -- which means that I will be getting in more workouts. Lord give me strength!
