Weight has always been an issue with me: I lose it, I gain it, etc., etc., etc. I'm not getting any younger; and it's harder to take the weight off. I need to stay focused on what I need to do, especially now that both my son and daughter are in college and I'm on my own. I need to be psychologically ready to lose the weight. God, please help me.
