My red "Weigh In Now!" is yelling at me. AF is due tomorrow and boy can I tell! Going to be the bad month. B's are sore, pants are tight. I have a bad period every other month, you know, the one with cramps, bloating etc. too much info, sorry. I have to say though, since I walked more this past week, the PMS didn't hit hard at all and that is usually a big part of the "bad month". I'm not weighing until after she leaves, so you can stay red :P

Not TMI, just the way it is. Our periods (hormones and just BEING women) are part of the process when we try to alter our metabolism. I never had severe cramps and other problems with mine until about five years ago. I'm 47 and now I might go a month or two without a period (makes me so HAPPY, hoping I never have it again), then I'll have a very bad one. I know it's because I'm pre-menopausal, but I'm hoping exercising and losing weight will help my symptoms.

Yes, exercising heavily, drinking alot of water, taking evening primrose oil, and calcium tablets can really go a long way toward alleviating some of your symptoms. In November, mine just went away (an answer to prayer) and I have had no menopausal symptoms. Remember that God is our help and strength during difficult times.

That's how I am! I think that's why I had no loss last week and a larger loss this week. No bloating but those cramps kill me!!
