Went walking yesterday and worked out in the yard. We bought 16 bags of river rocks to put around our chimney outside. Got tired of the mud puddle so I planted two Butterfly bushes and we put rocks all around in a moon shape. Good workout lifting and spreading rocks LOL.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
