I feel good, 9 pounds lost since 4 weeks ago, I'm feeling much better and I see that some of the exercises are a little bit easier for me now.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

thanks very much everybody for the support, this time I feel it's going to be for good, my husband is noticing the changes and I've been encouraging him to walk with me since I started and yesterday he decided to joing with me yoohooo we are making big changes in the diet, since I'm the who cook, I pick up what he can eat, and I asked my dietitian about his portions, since he is bigger than me and fortunately she guided me without charging me for that consult. this site is fantastic, keep up the motivation.
