Finding a lot of motivation and resources to move my body, I decided I want to run a 5km race for summer, in my country summer starts in January, so I have 3 months to prepare for that and I already found a site that can help me thru it. my measures..wow.
waist 91cm that means 2cm less than 2 weeks ago. hip: 111 that's a 0 reduction but I'm not worried tigh: 67cm those are 3cm less forearm or biceps: 35cm those are 3cm less.
I'm feeling much better with 7 pounds less, I can´t wait I cross that 170 line.
