Big mistake! I went to bed after 10:30 pm last night! Usually I'm in bed at 9:30 but last night my little guy was asleep early and I decided to watch some TV. This morning was super hard to get going. Plus I'm coming down with a cold (hubby announced yesterday that he wasn't feeling well). Boo! And the weather is awesome. But I think I will attempt a run at lunch today. I'll just take it easy. Yesterday I had an amazing run. So I'm grateful for that.
Happy Wednesday all!

Take it easy...but yes, keep moving. Even a little, light exercise will help you feel better.

Yup - once in that groove of sleep, even an hour can affect the morning.
