Major NSV I noticed this morning!

I used to track my morning heart rate pretty regularly. It's always been in the normal range, but on the high end at 76 bpm. It's been that one component about my health that I've always wanted to change.

So, as I was laying in bed this morning, it dawned on me that I hadn't been checking in on the ol' ticker for a while. To my surprise...all this exercise is paying off. My morning heart rate was 64 bpm! I consider that one healthy drop over the 8 months I've committed to my lunch hour workout routines!

That's great Mgrill! I was in the same boat as you. I have seen mine decreasing as well. It's a great feeling when you can actually see the exercise paying off! Congrats!

That's awesome!! I thought I was the only one who tracked their resting heart rate lol. When I was at my heaviest my rate was always in the high seventies, but lately I've been averaging low 60's too. I guess all this cardio is paying off, no scale needed!
