So ready to get to the gym on my lunch hour today! 3 days off last week as a 'taper' before the 10K. 2 days off this week as rest/recovery. I'm so eager to get back to the routine today.

Oh my goodness...I went into the video expecting a laugh, but ended up in tears. My husband has been traveling during the week for the past 3 weeks. I'm exhausted being both parents while he's gone. This video gave me that reminder to take time for me, too. Thus, today I think I'm going to go buy those leggings I've had my eye on. ...Still, even after being together for 21 years...I'm amazed how much I miss him when he's gone.
