I weighed in at my doctors appointment at 162! Why do we always worry it will be the worst when we weigh in? I still have a journey to get down to 150, and I'd love to see the 140s! Thinking back 3 years ago when I was 217 and vowed to lose the weight, I've came far to keep it off. I've gained 10lbs back after my process, even after pregnancy. One thing I've noticed is my muscle tone has went down, so I have to work on that too.
162.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thanks you all. Northern that's the hardest thin with dieting, is that it takes time. &if you lose it the wrong way, it comes comes back. But thank you all for your support. It really helps.
