Happy new week, my Buddies!
Today is the start of my 30 day healthy living Challenge at my gym, Orange Theory Fitness.
I get daily points for logging food and turning in the food diary to my trainer, reaching my protein goal, drinking all my water, exercise, etc.
Since these typically are things I regularly do, it should not be too terrible. The real challenge is being CONSCIENTIOUS about logging every morsel that passes the lips!
I finally got over my need to do NOTHING. I really must have felt burned out with people on Saturday. My job is people intensive so it seemed I just wanted to hang at home with my cats watching baseball...even my dear husband needed to stay at a distance! LOL.
The word of the week is CONSCIENTIOUS.
I am dedicated, determined, and diligent!
