Greetings Buddies!
I am doing well completing Day 2 of my Challenge.
The main focus for me is getting control of my eating - no extra calories, no Pirate's Booty snack, and no Corona! I usually drink one beer per WEEK! LOL...but I will eliminate it to use the calories for protein!
Completed a productive workout today, too.
SO, the mattress may actually be making a difference! My back is less sore than it has been in the past...so I am relieved and happy.
AND, the FatSecret "My Professionals" is cool. I just added my trainer's email to the system. He can see my weight graph, food and exercise logs online! He CANNOT see my journals!
Talk about instant accountability! WooHoo!
The word of the week is CONSCIENTIOUS.
I am dedicated, determined, and diligent!
