I don't even know what to say anymore. It seems like no matter what I do, I still stay pretty much the same. I have been slacking on recording my meals and I am going to get better. I am just so discouraged with pretty much everything in my life right now and I know its not good for me.
236.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 61.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week

Hey...a 2 pound loss is nothing to be upset about. We all struggle sometimes and it's important to make sure that you just keep on the road. Things always get better and there's always light at the end of the tunnel.

Time to refocus your efforts and get your determination back. YOU can do it. Tell yourself something that a nutritionist would tell you. You can win at this, you just have to "bite the bullet" as the saying goes.

Definitely start being more diligent about recording, you might see a trend (mine was salt intake)...
