"Starting over again"
Have said these words so many times I choke on them.

Ooh, do I know THAT feeling. But it's a positive, Buffy dear, homage to out commitment and dedication to a better quality of life. Falling off the wagon is a negative, but starting over again couldn't be more positive. HUGS!

Draglist - Oh how true! I need to change my perspective. This falls right along with the other mindset - rather than being "on a diet" I am now eating better for life. Old habits die hard.

Oh, quit choking! Haha! If this was easy, it wouldn't be any fun. Think of this weight loss journey as a sport like football; you gain ground and you lose ground, gain 1st downs, or get driven back, but you still make your way to the goal line. Hut, hut, hut! You're doing fine. Just think where you would be if your weren't conscious of your eating habits.

DairyKing - Thanks. Believe it or not, the Football analogy works much better for me than other sports. A Runner's analogy would not have made any sense at all - LOL. So, tonight when I'm craving chocolate, I'll say to myself "Hut, Hut, Hut!".

Starting again is the key! I love Draglist's perspective on it. We all, even the most healthy and natural of eaters make choices that are less than perfect. The key is to keep trying to make those better choices and find what works for you! xoxox

Awww sweetie, just remember we all are here with you - "Each day a new beginning"..or some such crap, LOL But it is true...it is the getting back up every day and continuing to try that most matters. Never give up!
