OHMYGOODNESS!!!
i have been an eating fiend all day long. maybe all this working out is catching up with me?! all i know is that i have really got to focus on staying within my points or all this butt-kicking is going to be for nothing. WHY AM I SO HUNGRY!!!???
well, i'll be going for a run tonight to burn off the extra points. (even though i already worked out today) i need to get it under control if i want to rock this week.

Sometimes we are just hungry and you are working out a lot. That has to show on your weight loss chart. Keep up the great work. :-)

Keep in mind that the more you workout the more you need to eat. Thats why we get activity points. Do you remember the old WW format where if you worked out you got activity points and itd trade any points you went over with the activity points you earned and not pull them from your allotted extra?
anywho, as long as you are eating GOOD things like protein and veggies and stuff you should be totally ok with eating more often when you are working out.
If you eat too LITTLE when you are working out a lot you will actually not lose any weight. I had this happen a few times and i remember being so frustrated that I wasnt losing weight when i was working out really hard.

good point. i should be starting this weekend. ??? maybe that's it. i forgot all about activity pts because it doesn't track them on here. hmmmmm. well don't want all of my hard work to go to nothing. maybe i'll eat more! :)
