I got the last of the canning done for this weekend. I didn't do any formal type of exercise today, my leg muscles are a little sore from yesterday's 10 mile jog. Might do a little arm weight's though. So thankful that tomorrow is a holiday, one more day to sleep in before a very busy week.

@HCB I have only begun to begin to can for the fall. I try to only do it on the weekends though, more time.
