No loss in 3 weeks!!! Really frustrating! :-(

152.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2445 kcal Fat: 177.33g | Prot: 231.07g | Carb: 11.98g.   Breakfast: Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese, Scrambled Egg. Lunch: Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/4" Fat, Choice Grade, Cooked, Pan-Fried), Premier Nutrition Protein Shake. Dinner: Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, Sockeye Salmon (Drained Solids with Bone, Without Salt, Canned). Snacks/Other: President's Choice Blue Menu Just Peanuts Smooth Peanut Butter. more...

that is very frustrating. People have told me when that happens, it is your body adjusting to the new weight. BUT that doesn't make it any less frustrating! YES, lets hang in there together :-)

Sometimes exercise tends to leave water weight...on the other hand sometimes if you are doing weights, remember muscle is building and maybe if less weight exercise you will start to loose again. I only do weights every other day, 3 days a week....check your fat/carb/protein ratio also..see if it helps....I am on Atkins and have lost 26.2 lbs since May 25th....don't get discouraged it will happen, Atkins works... :)

Been there, done that... Try something different to burn calories. Concentrate on your core...
