Tulipgirl6's Journal, 16 August 2014

I hope this is not an experiment gone wrong! I was targeting a high calorie day of around 1750. My dinner is completely approximated but I'm a bit over that. Even on a high day I should have had high protein, not carbs / fats. The idea is to cycle your calories / carbs but all the calories and gluten will probably kill me!

Ok, so, I've been getting lots of compliments; it happened again tonight. Right now I feel amorphous like a jellyfish but apparently I really looked like one before!

Had fun tonight with siblings, cousins, aunts . . . .

Also on my mind: we are dog sitting for over a week! It just happens that my husband accepting a job offer and wants to take a vacation before he starts the new job and before school starts. I don't know when we are going to work that in. A last minute getaway?

And there's the insurance switch-over; I'm weary about that! We have super insurance right now, but it's about to end, and I don't know what our coverage is going to be like.

It's 1:30 AM; never mind why my 9 year old is up? But why do I have to even answer the notion that I am not going to play spit with him right now?

Maybe I can finally go to bed .

So glad to hear your DH has a new job. That hopefully will take some of your stress away. Who knows sometimes what's in the minds of 9 year olds.

That's great that your hubby has a new job and that you're looking thinner. Life is not 100% good, so it's normal that not everything will go right. You're doing great. Keep your chin up.

Yes it can work, but don't weigh yourself for a few days after the high days. And don't make your high days too high, lol! You have to experiment to see what works.
