I went CRAZY this weekend!!! I did not eat a lot of food but I chowed down on junk. I would be ashamed to admit the crap I ate this weekend. Only having 45 grams of sugar a day caused me to spin out of control. 45 grams...that is equivalent to a bag of Skittles without actually eating the yummy, delicious Skittles. It is true, I have an addiction. I have to reset my sugar craving all over again this week and I have to work out extra hard in order to try and lose two pounds this week because I was SOOOOO BAD this weekend. Oh well, that's the way the cookie crumbles (mmmm...cookies). I'm going to add the ab routine from the original p90x this week to my p90x3 routine. Let's see if that helps. By the way, if anyone is reading this; the reduction in sugar in my diet has caused my belly to reduce significantly. You would think that would be enough for me to kick the habit for good but nope. I'm addicted, my name is Dana and I'm addicted to sugar. I'm one day clean.

Hi Dana, my name is Kris and I'm addicted to food. I would like to think it is just flour and sugar but I am compulsive with anything. Very few people understand and often look at me like I'm nuts.

Seriously, admitting it is the first step. I recognize that I have a problem and I have to really fight in order not to give in. Food and sugar and sweet addictions are real!

Yes. Today is a new day. I need to quit saying that about tomorrow. I need now, not tomorrow. Here's for today!

I'm proud of you that you recognize and admit to your sugar addiction. That's the most important step! You can beat it, though. You're stronger than sugar!
