Thought I was just overweight then found out I have diabetes on 3/13/13 A1C a whopping 8.9. On top of my high cholestrol and tryglycerides I am just a ball of fun.
Trying to be serious and cut out all fun foods. Chocolate, my friend, you have to go. See you on the next challenge!
I hit a stonewall in my weight loss journey in October of 2013. I became a victim of self sabotage and self destruction of my own doing. I stopped in my own healthcare. Now 2015, I am treading on the right path cutting out cheats and trying to screw the head on again. I have decided to also change doctors, new year, tired of the same old babble, time to get a new focus.
