Weighing in daily for the last two weeks has really helped to keep me accountable. So far that's 13 pounds lost in 2 weeks, but I'm still in the same size of clothes. It's super frustrating because it seems like I'm losing all the weight off my backside but none from my stomach area. So every pair of pants/shorts I own is SUPER loose on my butt, but only a little looser in front. Also my feet look thinner, I didn't realize that was a thing???
235.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 85.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

The heavier we are the bigger the feet so that they can support our weight. In pregnancy some women even change a shoe size. Congrats on your weight loss :-)

You should measure yourself, sometimes that is where it is going to show at first. Great job on all of your loss so far.

The first thing I notice is my hands, weird right? I also had some trouble with stomach, try finding an ab routine to do everyday...it's one of those areas where we need to diet AND exercise otherwise it takes FOREVER!!! Once I started working my abs everyday I dropped 2 inches in a week :)

I also have a horrible time with my stomach fat. I'll be glad when it goes away (eventually)! So I can wear empire waisted things without being asked how far along I am -_-

I hate that , mine automatically comes off my face then breasts , not stomach .

Congrats on your weight loss!! The stomach area is the hardest area for weight loss. You just need to keep at it!!!

@Reverse will, I too was asked how far along am I and I was much thinner then, ah I found it funny. Since I'm wasn't insulted the other person didn't get embarrassed either. The problem is that I'm too lazy to suck in my gut. @ savsprag usually the fat comes off first of the face and breasts, that's what happens to me too.

The one that gets me the most was my hands. Ive always had "thinner" build hands even though I topped over 280, and now im approaching 220 and my ring on my finger is really loose. And Ive never had the whole shrinking swollen times of the season swelling.but yea feet was a wierd one too. I was complaining to my body saying hey, those areas can wait! Take it offf the front or sides!

Yes feet and hands and double chin even shrank YEAH!!!! I think the trouble is we push ourselves into clothes that are a little tight in the first place hence it takes longer to shrink out of them. Insanity work out works on toning up, although it is very hard work and I do it in fits and starts, or a lot easier is the hula hoop. If you can't do it look it up on youtube that's what I did, its a lot easier than it looks and fun cause every one wants to have a go too. Any way what ever you do keep plodding on you've done amazing
