Hello, I'm Cathy and a 32 y.o. female in Oklahoma City. I'm married (no kids, 6 cats), a nurse, and work in a call center (which is the least active job I've ever had, which I'm sure is contributing to my weight problems).
After hitting a high of 221 lbs, I decided I needed to do something about it. I've been weight training for around a year, but really stepped up with it in the past few weeks - trying to do weights 3x a week and cardio 3x a week. Recently started working under a really awesome trainer!
I also enjoy reading (wide variety, but my favorite author is Stephen King), video games, anime, manga, and writing (when I can make time :().
