I love silly hats, cooking, and eating, I just don't like the side effects, but I suppose we all feel the same LOL.


1. Loose 3 lb per week for six weeks
2. Apply to become Cambridge diet consultant (11th October)
3. Loose 2.2 lb for next four weeks
4. Maintain weight to below 148 lb
5. Do Cambridge test and hopefully pass
6. New year be maintaining weight and be a qualified CWP consultant

I have done it for a 2weeks and yes it's a killer, but it is fantastic, I've lost 7lb and 2 cms (each) on bust waist hips and thighs. Got a holiday now till Tuesday, but will be right back at it on Wednesday, think I'm addictedMad , I hate doing it and shout at Shane and the floor, but the effects out way all the hard work. Let me know how it goes.

So hungry today, could eat till the cows come home, so need to lose these few pounds to get back to where I was before Christmas.
