I love cooking, I love eating, I just don't like the side effects, but I suppose we all feel the same LOL.
I am running again after a long break and have joined a challenge to run 12k by May.
Put on silly amount of weight over the hols have set some weight challenges
1. 154lb by 9th of march (quite a challenge I know), there
is a bottle of sparkly wine waiting
2. 147lb by 23rd march
3. 140lb by 4th april (a tall order for sure)

Then goal will be achieved....YEAH!!!!!

So hungry today, could eat till the cows come home, so need to lose these few pounds to get back to where I was before Christmas.
