performance: losing 14.0 lb a week

Christmas took its toll on the old waist line, so I am back again to get rid of those extra pounds.

SHORT TERM GOALS

1. Stop eating everything in sight
2. Get down to under 12 stone for 5th june
3. Down to 11st 10lb for 12 th june
4. Know I will have a naughty week end so to loose what I have put on
5. Moving this week maybe want to be 11st 4 by 25th
6. Loose what has been gained this last week end
7. Same as above (10th july)
8. By 24th july want to be 11stone min
9. 10th august 10 and half stone. Never been here for years
10. 14th august would like to have maintained or lost a bit more.

IF I achieve this will be over the moon. Fingers crossed and a lot of will power

Hey guys, HAPPY NEW YEAR.
I'm back, have been working thirteen hour night shifts from Oct till now, thankfully it is now slowing down. Have been very naughty, not really stepped on scales till now, (night shift makes me so hungry) but was pleasantly surprised. Whe n I disappear I usually come back with the wo is me attitude but believe it or not I am actually lighter than my last recorded weight, not alot, but still. whoopey do!!!!
Anyway not got right into diet mode yet but am going to get started shortly.
Good to be back speak to you all soon.

INSANITY!!!
It is what it says on the box!!!!!
I have done it for a 2weeks and yes it's a killer, but it is fantastic, I've lost 7lb and 2 cms (each) on bust waist hips and thighs. Got a holiday now till Tuesday, but will be right back at it on Wednesday, think I'm addictedMad , I hate doing it and shout at Shane and the floor, but the effects out way all the hard work. Let me know how it goes.
